This weekend, Chester will host an international conference to celebrate fifty years of development and training in a method developed in the heart of the city.

The conference will feature world expert speakers in the field of child development some of whom have been pioneers in the development of new theories and methods in the understanding of what can underly special educational needs (SEN).

The 50th anniversary of the founding of this unsung local Chester success story also celebrates a change in its international structure as Sally Goddard Blythe retires as Director to pass responsibility for future training to a group of international trainers who will work within  a not for profit organisation to secure content and standards of training in the future.
